Wrist Beads

1. Use a flexible measuring tape or strip of paper

2. Wrap it snugly around your wrist bone

3. Note the measurement

4. For comfort, order ½ inch larger than your wrist measurement 

5. For larger beads (6mm+), add ¾ inch for easy movement

Many wrap bracelets self-adjust to fit wrist sizes from 5½ to 10 inches . They easily wrap around your wrist, stay on without a clasp, and return to original size when removed .
