1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Yanabuy platform (including our website, mobile application, and mini-program), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services. Yanabuy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3.1 You must create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Platform Services & Description

4.1 Yanabuy is a multivendor marketplace that facilitates transactions between Users and Vendors. We are not the seller of goods (except where explicitly stated) and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of Vendor listings.

4.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

5. Orders & Transactions

5.1 All orders are offers to purchase from the respective Vendor. The Vendor reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

5.2 You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including item price, delivery/shipping fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

5.3 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. China Direct prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, shipping costs, or customs duties.

5.4 Delivery times are estimates only. Yanabuy is not liable for delays caused by Vendors, logistics partners, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payments

6.1 We accept payment methods displayed on the Platform (e.g., mobile money, Ecobank POS, credit/debit cards, YanaPay).

6.2 You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount.

6.3 For China Direct orders, you authorize us to handle customs clearance on your behalf and pay any estimated duties/taxes upfront. Additional charges may apply in rare cases (see Shipping Policy).

7.2 You may be held liable for losses incurred by Yanabuy or any other user due to your violation of these terms.

8. Vendor Relationships & Disputes

8.1 Yanabuy is not a party to transactions between Users and Vendors. Any dispute regarding product quality, accuracy, or delivery must be resolved directly with the Vendor, though Yanabuy may assist in mediation.

8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or remove Vendors from the Platform at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All Platform content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Yanabuy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Reviews & Content

11.1 You may submit reviews, photos, or other content. By submitting, you grant Yanabuy a perpetual license to use, modify, and display this content.

11.2 You represent that your content is truthful, lawful, and not infringing on any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yanabuy, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, Vendors, or Yanabuy.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia.

15.2 Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Monrovia, Liberia.

16. Force Majeure

Yanabuy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or internet/utility failures.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
