Fresh chicken wings (drumettes and flats), marinated in Oporto's spice blend (paprika, cayenne, garlic, ginger, onion powder, black pepper), flame-grilled until charred and smoky. Served with French fries (standard, swap for jollof or white rice upon request), small side of coleslaw (cabbage & carrot with creamy dressing) or lettuce leaves, small packet of ketchup, chili sauce, garlic mayonnaise, or Oporto's peri-peri sauce, 1–2 slices of cucumber or tomato (garnish), optional lemon wedge.
