Flaky pie dough or puff pastry, filled with a savory mixture of seasoned ground beef or chicken, mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, bell peppers), onions, garlic, black pepper, salt, and optional herbs. Baked until golden brown. Served with small side of creamy coleslaw or lettuce leaves, small packet of ketchup, chili sauce, garlic mayonnaise, or Oporto's peri-peri sauce, 1–2 slices of cucumber or tomato (garnish).
