Flaky pie dough or pizza-style dough, kishik powder (fermented bulgur wheat and yogurt), finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onions, olive oil, tomato paste, optional: sesame seeds, red chili flakes, paprika. Baked until golden. Served with small side of creamy coleslaw or lettuce leaves, small packet of ketchup, chili sauce, garlic mayonnaise, or Oporto's peri-peri sauce, 1–2 slices of cucumber or tomato (garnish).
